JOJO’S “WHY”
“My love for photography stemmed from a traumatic brain injury I received in 2009. Because of this injury, I was diagnosed with progressive long term memory loss. Photography is something that means a lot to me because as my injury progresses, the photographs that we have may be the only thing to help stimulate any sort of memory for me. Photography, for me, allows me to travel back in time to a moment that I may have since forgotten about if it wasn't for those photos. “
