Yes, we confirm photographer and videographer availability based on your preferences. After you share your favorites from our team, we'll check their schedules and proximity to your venue to ensure the perfect match for your special day.

Yes, Jones Media has full insurance coverage. We can provide Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to any vendor or venue that requires them. We also recommend our clients obtain event coverage for their wedding day as well!

The number of photos you receive depends on the package you choose. You can anticipate anywhere from 300 to 800 images (equivalent to over 50 professionally edited images per hour). Prepare to be wowed!

Our process is designed to keep you excited and engaged with your wedding memories. Within the first week after your wedding or session, we'll send you a tantalizing sneak peek with a handful of shots to whet your appetite. Then, approximately 8 to 14 weeks later, you'll receive a link to your online gallery. This gallery will transport you back to the magic of your wedding day or session, allowing you to relive those precious moments with ease.

Our goal is to provide exceptional service while accommodating a range of budgets. On average, clients typically spend approximately $1,700 for either photography or videography services. For those who wish to capture their memories through both photography and videography, the combined package is often around $2,500. We believe in tailoring our services to your needs while delivering the utmost quality and value. Your special day deserves to be documented beautifully, and we aim to make it accessible to all.

In the rare event your assigned media team becomes unavailable, we have a robust backup system in place. Despite never having canceled a wedding in our nearly 10 years of business, we maintain a network of talented team members ready to step in if needed, ensuring your special day is still beautifully documented. This is why we recommend working with a team instead of a solo photographer or videographer.

Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely! We understand that budgeting for your special day is essential, which is why our flexible payment plans are a popular choice. You can easily split your payments into convenient monthly installments or opt for split payments leading up to your wedding day.
What if I have to cancel, move or rebook my date for any reason?
Life is full of unexpected twists, and we get that. If, for any reason, you need to cancel, move, or rebook your date, please keep in mind that the 30% deposit is non-refundable. This deposit serves as a crucial measure to protect our business, as it reflects our commitment to exclusively dedicating ourselves to your wedding date and turning away other potential bookings. We hope for your understanding, and this policy ensures that we can continue to provide top-notch service and capture unforgettable moments for all our clients.
Can I print my photos?
Absolutely! We believe your memories should be tangible and ready to be displayed. Every package with us includes print copyright, allowing you to print your cherished photos with ease. Ordering is a breeze through our trusted print lab, accessible via your gallery link. If you need assistance selecting the perfect prints, consider booking a print consultation with us. For a print order minimum of $550, we'll guide you in creating the perfect printed keepsakes!
What kind of lifestyle sessions do you offer?
Starting in 2024, The Jones Media Team, including Parker Jones himself, will no longer be offering lifestyle sessions. This decision wasn't made lightly, and it's with a touch of sadness as lifestyle sessions played a significant role in our journey. However, with our busy wedding schedules, we want to ensure that each client receives 100% of our attention and dedication. We believe in delivering the best, and referring you to someone on our team or a local photographer who can give you the care and attention you deserve is our way of upholding that commitment. Your memories matter, and we want to ensure they are captured with the utmost care and dedication.
