Cristian’s “WHY”
I’ve always had a passion for video, ever since I got my hands on the family camcorder as a kid. I started working as a videographer right before graduating college, and have had all kinds of experiences since then, from short films to commercials to music videos. Capturing once-in-a-lifetime moments at weddings was always my favorite, and I've spend the past 12 years pursuing that as a career, always trying to improve and to find new things to appreciate about the job. I began my career in video production in 2009, working across a wide range of projects, including short films, music videos, and commercial productions. From the beginning, however, wedding filmmaking felt like a natural fit. I’m drawn to the emotion, energy, and fast-paced nature of each wedding day. Being present in the moment, adapting to the unexpected, and finding creative ways to tell each couple’s unique story is what makes this work so rewarding. Finding my place within the ever-growing film and video industry has truly been a blessing. I’ve been happily married for more than 14 years and was born and raised in Middle Tennessee. I feel incredibly fortunate to live close to family and friends while pursuing work that I genuinely love. I’m also a bit of a goofball, and I love sharing plenty of laughs with my couples along the way. My hope is to use my experience, creativity, and vision to preserve the moments and emotions that pass by all too quickly on a wedding day. More than simply creating a beautiful film, I want to create something that allows couples to relive those feelings, memories, and moments for generations to come.
